Teach children to play sports in self-reliance

You should make your child self-reliant since childhood. By doing so, instead of relying on anybody else for any work, do it yourself. You can start with small things. Encourage your child to take their own decisions, do not ask for your help too.

You can not live with your child forever or ever, and your child will always be a child. There will come a time when he will have to take all the decisions of his life himself. In such a situation, you have to make your child self-reliant from your childhood. You can start it with small things like - choose your clothes and shoes from childhood or choose your favorite dish in the restaurant itself.

1) Let the children do their work themselves

If you do all your children's work themselves, then the child will get used to it. Tell them to set their beds themselves and set a dinner table for children too. Let them realize that this is their home too, and like the rest of the people, they have to cooperate in every household of the house. The amount of work you will say for them, they will be equally responsible and self-sufficient.

2) Encourage children to help you

Get help from your child in every work. Whether it is to wash clothes or cook. There are no two opinions that if the children work, the things will get shaken. It may be that they wash clothes and spread your work more, but at least they will learn to help. They will come to help you the next time they speak without you.

3) Allow children to confront a few things themselves

As a parent, you want to do everything for your child. They want to save them from all kinds of difficulties. But in this case, you have to take a step back so that your children will feel that thing themselves, facing the situation themselves.

4) Make a routine and ask the child to follow it

Keep in mind that follow a certain routine. This will give you a sense of authority and the child will find a pattern to follow. This will enable them to do their daily task in a systematic manner. Like polishing school shoes before sleeping at night. Such children will learn to do all their work by themselves and will not ask for your help. This can be the first step for the self-reliance of children.
